The Operator List screen allows you to add and change operators whenever needed. The operators shown must correspond with the operators configured in your TitleSCAN Data Entry System, including having matching Personal Identification Numbers (PINs).
From the main menu, select Operator List. A screen similar to the following will be displayed:
To add a new Operator, click the New button and enter the name and PIN for this person.
To change an existing Operator, click their name in the list and then modify the name or PIN as needed.
To delete an existing Operator, click their name in the list and then click the Delete button. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion.
Use the Store button to save new or changed user information.
Once the Operator List is satisfactory, use the Exit button to return to the main menu.
