This menu choice is used for moving data from the individual TitleSCAN Data Entry System or Systems into the central SQL database. Once the entry activity is moved into the SQL database, it is removed from TitleSCAN Data Entry. Each time the Load function is run, any new entry statistics data will be found and placed in the Current SQL table.
Below is the confirmation window that will come up when Load Data is selected:
Click on OK to Load the Entry Statistics information. This could take some time depending on the location of the TitleSCAN Server(s), the number of TitleSCAN servers, the connection speed between the server(s) and the SQL database, and the size of the Current SQL table.
Click on Cancel to leave the Entry Statistics information for loading at a later time.
