TitleSCAN Data Entry Production Statistics track operator activity for adding, verifying and locating batch data entry. The statistics tracking is enabled by adding the following line to the PLANT.INI file:
Production Statistics=Y
The PLANT.INI file is located in the \Title\Tsusr folder of a TitleSCAN installation. If the file does not yet exist, it can be created with just the single line listed above. If the file already exists, add the above line at the end of the INI file and leave any existing lines alone.
NOTE:
If your
environment contains multiple TitleSCAN Servers, then each TitleSCAN Server
will need to have this setting added to its configuration and a server
list file will need to be created. Please contact TitleSCAN Support for
assistance setting up multiple TitleSCAN Servers.
Once the above setting is in place, have all entry operators exit to the Master Menu. When they return to the Enter Documents menu, the logging will be enabled.
